Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • Damaged Items Or Sizing issue only: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or not the right size

  • Initiation Window: You must initiate your return within 1 day of receiving your order.

  • Proof Required: To process your return, please email us at bemodesstt@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the damage

    • A brief description of the issue

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at bemodesstt@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as agreed.

Please Note:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with the tag intact.

  • Returns requested after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
